Description
Our Welcome Smiley Face Swooper Feather Flag features a red background at the top part of the flag with a yellow smiley face in the center. The remainder of the flag features a blue background with "Welcome" written vertically in large and bold white letters with a black border. Our giant Swooper Feather Flags feature a free-flying end which allows the them to "flutter" in the wind with the slightest breeze.
